Managing Registered Phone Call Requests

- Call Successful – The call was made, and consultation was provided
- Call Unsuccessful – The call was made, but there was no answer, or consultation wasn’t possible
- Incorrect Contact Information – The number or email was invalid
The site administrator can change the status of each request and use this tool to ensure professional and organized follow-up for incoming calls.
