Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not available.

Exceptions to refunds are considered only in rare cases, at our sole discretion.

Customized modifications to product files are not covered by support.

Hastika.com shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from:

Incompatible hosting environments

Conflicts with third-party software

Unauthorized modifications by the customer

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.
